Generally that means your internet connection is getting weird conflicts with Transformice server (such like ISP problems)

Disable and re enable your Wi-Fi or networking card.
You may try to restart your modem/router/access points in your home to flush any stuck configuration issues running in your networking devices.
Try reinstalling the game or use other official launchers like "Steam", "Transformice EXE" from web page or just load the game through your web browser.

hiya! not sure who could help me with this but anyone would be greatly appreciated lol
so im just now returning to this game after a long long time, like over a year, maybe two probably. i had to make a new account, and although i remember my original account and password from 2016, its not letting me log into the game, forum, and ive tried every email i couldve had attached to it to try and find it but nothing is working. i did notice that accounts now have 4 numbers attached to them, which wasnt there when i last played. i was able to friend the old account on my new one and go to the forum page, and it matches the username and registration date but the rest is completely dead and the number is #0000.
im sorry this is so long, if i need to remove it and paste it somewhere else or in the forums, please re-direct me lol

I made a report on a player who was sharing my personal info in order to bully with proof. I informed Rutabega of it and s/he said they would watch the conversation. The reported player was never punished and allowed to continue until I had to log off. Rutabega said that they would only intervene when it became excessive. I remember this moderator not doing anything in past attempts to get help before, as well. The person bullying me broke two rules that I even pointed out to Rutabega, 1) bullying, 2) sharing personal info. Rutabega should not be a moderator if they allow this sort of thing to occur, even saying that they will only help when it is at its worst.

i can pretty much guarantee Ruta will have checked your report, but simply may not have seen anything at the time that could be sanctioned for, if it's continuous then do stay in contact with whichever mod so they can check multiple times, but bare in mind mods get a lot of reports so will move on if they do not see anything they can actually sanction. in regards to Ruta not doing anything in past attempts, i'm not sure if you've got the right mod since Ruta only became a mod yesterday, but please pm me on forums with any other past attempts that have not yielded results

I have nothing against him personally but there was plenty of evidence that this guy was breaking rules and Rutabega just didn't do anything about it. I have some friends telling me that he has just ignored other reports as well, so any sort of disdain for Rutabega in particular might be deserved.

@maiden anvil @silver pewter @stray lark This is most ridicilous thing on the world; I log on my friend's account which he have 2010 and some moderator ban it because of compromised account send a contact form. I help to my friend for ban appeal and trying to contact with @maiden anvil and she doesn't even care about me or friend and when she answer on forum, she say to my friend use https://atelier801.com/topic?f=6&t=891384&p=1#m1 for ban appeal and the answer is: Use contact form. My friend's account got ban (which he have email) 360hours for compromised ban and its not enough I got IP ban cuz I was on that account. And as if this nonsense wasn't enough, I spent 23 hours trying to get this answer (Use to contact form). This game will better I believe this 🙂
