The flag is a racing coin. You get them after completing 10 rounds in racing. You can exchange them for cartouches, a badge, or titles with Buffy in the village, or 50 cheese coins with Papialle like with the shaman coins.
The tickets are cheese tickets. You can exchange 10 of them for 20 cheese coins with Prof. in the village, or consumables. Or, you can exchange them for titles and badges with Indiana Mouse.
Finally, the shells are shell coins. You can exchange them on the event map for consumables with a handful of NPCS that randomly cycle every time the exchange event map shows up.

It only counts as breaking rules when you would be banned and then you changed ip to come again came - its just ban evasion. Normally you can use vpn to get permission to speak in E2 server
