You can force minimize like that BUT only on the browser version of the game, just unzoom the page to your liking, and then put Transformice in fullscreen, make sure you disable "Zoom In Fullscreen" in the in-game options
In the standalone one, you can only forcefully minimize vertically, by disabling the Zoom in Fullscreen in the in-game options, you can move your game's left and right borders/edge to make the window narrowed, making the game unzoom with the vertical space visible, the more you narrow the window, the more vertical space you'll be able to see
