mechanically, it sounds like a fresh ban. rather than a ban extensions (not even sure they do ban extends here, but it's common practice in other games where people whine about bans)
do you use any weird VPN stuff? My TFM always used to think i was in USA when i'm in UK but they never banned me over suspicions for it
you should defo ticket and wait seen as it's a fresh ban with a new "silly" reason. you'll need to be patient. whining about bans won't get them done faster
