That’s sad.
Sad knowing that they don’t care about players harassing, insulting and stalking other players for years without doing anything about it especially when one of them decides to spend time writing a long letter explaining, because it affected them so much mentally. And the second letter, I tried applying for mod, but apparently I didn’t meet the criteria or you had enough (even though it doesn’t seem like it when people are asking for help at night but no mod seem to care or have the time), and that’s fair enough... but it would be nice to get an answer even if it was just a yes or no

if you have a problem with players breaking the rules you should contact a mod to take a look and explain the situation to him so he could spend more time on it, thats not something that admins take care of and same for mod applications, if youre from a community that have active mods and are in need for more youll find a recruitment thread on the forums if theyre open, if youre from a smaller community and you want to apply you should contact any mod and theyll ask you some questions, of course if youre at least 18
contact forms were a hassle to deal with all of them for years but theyre now handled by an external company

This was 3-4 years ago. The players don’t play anymore, nor do I. I check in once in a while, but this game is dead to me, sadly. I did contact mods, over and over again. But I always got the same answer, that they couldn’t ban people who talked in a language they didn’t understand, or that they had to be in the room when it happened, as if chat logs didn’t exist or wasn’t valid proof. I wasn’t a part of this server back then, so that’s why I contacted staff not knowing it would only be read by admin. Glad to hear you’ve improved the contact forms though.
