Going to repost something I said in May:

Hello, I used to have an account called Leledoidinho (https://atelier801.com/profile?pr=Leledoidinho%230000), but it was banned in 2017 for bot-spam or something like that for I guess one week. The account was hacked some months before it was banned, but I was still able to play in the account, 'cause the hacker didn't ruined the account at this point. Going back to the ban thingy: ok, a few minutes before I was talking to some friends in a alternate account saying that I'm about to get unbanned and stuff, then I said: "Finally unbanned! Time to log-in." (in portuguese). Ok, so I've put the username, the password and then clicked on the LOGIN button, but when I clicked, it said the account was banned forever right after it was supposed to get unbanned. Can someone help me?
Extra details: I used a "fake" email on the account.
