It's been a frequent thing
People report for hacking and make their friends help. And then admins just end up trusting those people and banning people or kicking or muting. I've noticed in tribunal most people report for hacking....

And so the system is a little flawed except one thing.

Mods are smart enough to be unbiased and fix situation so I Put my trust in all the mods and admins and people of power like mel and tig

A suggestion would be this.

When u or a friend files report be Specific. Say Why. Why did u report them? Hacking insult racism etc. Why? They put the notes at the bottom for a reason so that the mods know WHY.

If an admin or mod doesnt know why, they can hardly help you more than you can help yourself get out of you're own mess.

Hola tengo un problema muy grande con el juego que no he podido solucionar. Sucede que cuando entro al juego, me deja jugar 1 o 2 minutos y luego me expulsa del juego diciendo "La conexión con el servidor ha sido interrumpida". Hello, I used to have an account called Leledoidinho (https://atelier801.com/profile?pr=Leledoidinho%230000), but it was banned in 2017 for bot-spam or something like that for I guess one week. The account was hacked some months before it was banned, but I was still able to play in the account, 'cause the hacker didn't ruined the account at this point. Going back to the ban thingy: ok, a few minutes before I was talking to some friends in a alternate account saying that I'm about to get unbanned and stuff, then I said: "Finally unbanned! Time to log-in." (in portuguese). Ok, so I've put the username, the password and then clicked on the LOGIN button, but when I clicked, it said the account was banned forever right after it was supposed to get unbanned. Can someone help me?
