I have a problem/concern about buying fraises through steam -
I’m too young to pay through PayPal so I was thinking about getting a steam card and paying through steam but I haven’t bought it yet because I’ve seen that a lot of people had this message: “you haven’t spent enough hours on the game to make a purchase” and have had 200+ hours. I have 45 hours currently on average but they said that the message was a glitch. I’d like to know if the glitch is still currently active as I have no other games or things to buy through steam so the card would be a waste of time (sorry for the long message, I’d be so happy if you could help though)
