Steam cancellations are almost always due to credit card stealing, so if you used a credit card you didn't have the authorization to use, the ban won't be lifted

I had authorization to use it. It was mine. Ive spoken and sorted it out with a Steam staff and it was an issue on their behalf, but they wouldn’t be able to assist me with any transaction bans in games since the money that has been charged-back is given back to me
