@fathom barn My suggestion would be to reset your WiFi to get a different dynamic IP, or temporarily use a VPN until the IP ban expires. I believe you can do that, as the ban doesnât involve you in any way

If you can't remember your current e-mail address, contact the admins through atelier801.com/contact
There you will be required to fill in a form. Try to give exact details of your fraise purchases, sanctions list and all other information asked, this way the admins will know that it's really your account. After they've changed the e-mail to a new one, you can request a password change on atelier801.com/account
If you fail to provide the sufficient information on the contact page, I believe there is no other solution to get your account back.
Sentis and mods can't change the e-mail, but as Ori said, you can request a moderator to put a safety ban on your account until the issue resolves.
