I've searched but couldn't understand how people get their stubborn left hinge to pop right in. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, the right one wen in just fine but the left one can't.

it sticks out just like on the second picture and for the life of me I cannot get it to go in, I've seen people talk about twizzers but I don't understand how should I do it and even if it's needed.

All the tutorials just snap it right back in no problem just like the one on the right.

Please help

i can't get the right one to pop off! lol
this is ridiculous, thanks for bearing with me though

#

i definitely push it way harded than when i did a disassembly of the OG one

#

okay i somehow checked it, the left hinge gets stuck on the plastic board that has holes for buttons on it

#

ill try sanding it with something, ill let you know if i succeeded, thank you

So I feel like I should apologize to you lmao

#

the hinge itself was somehow broken, I took off a hinge from a different model and it snapped right in, no problemo

#

nonetheless, thank you very much for your will to help, you definitely kept me from brute forcing the hell out of it
