your ffc is off center and bridging a considerable number of pins

do you have a hot plate or hot air station?

it absolutely could if you have the wrong vias bridged

the right side here is bridging several pins

if you can, remove this ffc connector and try again

maybe clean the reg up a little wwith some flux but thats minor

can you try to take steadier pic on the whole board? its doin a mr. krabs for me

ok at teh moment the only thing that visibly stands out are some cpu pins that look a little cold. after that point tho you will need to consult a schematic and do some continuity testing
