#Opinions on a corroded trace/via on MGB

I got a couple consoles intended to be donors for an MGB build, but I brought one board back to life with a bit of work.

There is an exposed and/or corroded trace/via attached to the leg I pointed out of the dmg-reg. On the flip side there is a bit of corrosion around the edges too.

My question is, should I address the corrosion? Add some more solder mask? Wondering if it’s something not to worry about given everything works fine, or if I should be more proactive.

Thanks!

Shouldn't matter for an IPS right? Just OEM screen

Try a toothbrush and IPA to see how much of that you can clean up and check it for continuity, if everything is fine a bit of solder mask would be sufficient but not essential. If you don’t plan on using an OEM display, I don’t believe you need to worry too much other than cleaning off the corrosion
