You can try a few things to try to revive a pixel.
That's mainly the same scenarios as for normal screen such as TV ans monitors

Color flashers are supposedly a way to brute-force a stuck pixel
Gently massaging the area could help if the pixel was physically stuck (I was able to revive an area of a screen doing that).
You can also try to apply light heat if it's a laminated screen, as it can soften the glue and help relieve some pressure on the pixel

You do have very low chances of success
