Some event items are best in slot so it feels rough that new players cannot obtain them unless an older player is willing to sell them. Rotate old event items in the mastery shop so new players have a chance to obtain them if they were not around for the old event

Not sure what is best, I would rather see current ingame items buffed or the event items a little nerfed
Personally I don't have a problem with event items as long as they return, but doesn't seem like they are because all the old players that already have most of those event items are complaining that event items are BiS. Rotating them would be best approach imo since most ''BiS event items'' except the weapons and Harness are not very big upgrades anyway.
Like getting a point in agi for playing an event at different time of years could be a nice way to give a reward to returning players

I think if there was a LVL 50 set and a LVL 68 set that are better than event items of comparible lvls (slightly better stats & added effects to make them desirable) aswell as adding effects to the LVL 60 items that could solve the issue while not having to alter current event items.
