Find and use the "Snip" tool. I see you are using Windows, so you should be able to search it and use it fairly esily. You can grab a snip of the portion of the screen you wish to share rather than trying to post a picture of your monitor. It makes it WAY easier for us to read and help you, and it makes it WAY easier for you to show exactly what you want to show and no more than that, for your own privacy.
