rate my system for player managed altimeter but more controllable than a altimeter

(i do not know how the altimeters work)

lever to the left: is for the resistor (resistor is none to max setting)that manages the amount of changes can be done at once ;

lever to the right of the lectern: is to start the filling the balloon to keep it a steady level;

lever to the far right: is to reverse direction of what the second lever to the left of it does (it will make it so it takes in less):

i think i did a splendid job

first time making a big clockwork project or any project of this type

but i do understand redstone enough to do smth like this (and for moving gas you need to make the duct's pressure high as hell and should be enough to go up to where you ballons at no matter how long it is)
