My ships hitbox isn’t accurate / is too large - increase lodDetail config option (double it or more) in .minecraft/config/valkyrienskies/vs_core_server.json and reload your game. Repeat until problem goes away.
My ships have gotten stuck on colliding with each other - use fix above
