how do I make mini shafts interact with trackwork wheels?

I've placed this mini engine setup at the back of my vehicle but how do I get the mini shafts or rotation to interact with the two back wheels? I'm on a server so the vmod mod items don't work for me but I've had some success with commands.

you need clockwork additions for the shaft that can go across ships

or "create ender transmition" for wireless shafts
