Flaps not working

Made a working plane in singleplayer and tried to replicate it on multiplayer on a server, the propeller works just fine, the flap bearings do as well but for some reason they do not move with the flap blocks themselves, all is also glued together, any help is appreciated.

I know you can right click the bearings to assemble them I think. Maybe that’s the issue?
