Setting in Mechanical bearing to Use create or Interactive System [Create Interactive]

This is useful if you have a bearing that constantly is controlled to prevent lag spikes when power on. other things such as Mechanical pistons should also have this.

if you want normal create bearing, remove create interactive from the mods
if you want a create interactive bearing, add create interactive to the mods
