Clockwork isnt loading correctly on Server

Clockwork is refusing to load on my server hosted through Akliz.net in version 1.18.2 forge 40.2.4, it does however load on the game itself with no issues, Ive even went in and edited the files so clockwork loads after create to hopefully fix it, and its still giving me the same error message, I also tried with the F version of create

I am looking to add more mods to this, about 105 to be exact, but the game loads perfectly fine with all of these, the server has an issue with clockwork and its required support mods by itself
