I've made a compact engine for use in drilling operations, powering small bases, and for potential use in vehicles.

This engine uses:
-Minecraft
1x Cobblestone (for the schematic corner.)

-Create
16x Fluid tanks
11x Brass Casings
6x Cog Wheels
4x Shafts
4x Blaze Burners
4x Steam Engines
3x Large Cog Wheels
2x Rotational Speed Controllers
2x Vertical Gearboxes
2x Fluid Pumps
2x Fluid Pipes
1x Clutch
1x StressoMeter

-Create Crafts & Additions
1x Alternator
1x Motor
4x Straws

-Mekanism
4x Basic Mechanical Cable
2x Basic Fluid Tanks
1x Basic energy cube
1x Basic Universal Cable

Tip: to get enough water, you can use a Basic Mechanical Cable on a hose pulley, which will draw as much water as it possibly can at the rate of the tier of pipe you use, make sure you put the hose pulley into an infinite body of water (above 10000 blocks in volume by default)

#

I had chosen to use the Basic Mekanism Components for the build due to it not using very much in resources to run, it can be fueled by using a 4x4 lava cauldron set up, though I reccomend at least a 6x6.

#

Cauldrons CANNOT use mekanism pipes to pull the fuel, so you will have to use a mechanical pump in order to pull it using fluid pipes

I had an oversight, I forgot to make this draw fluid from the container in the NBT file, make sure you do this with a configurator.

#

cauldron setup, ofc make sure your pump is flowing the correct way using a wrench.

I just tested it, this engine can be pasted in 1.18.2 as well, meaning its possible to do clockwork testing

im going to make the fucking plane from dispicable me with this thing
