Their conjugations are still straightforward, there are only inf, past, past participle and gerund = 4 in total, and then you just put some auxiliary verbs if needed. In fact, regular verbs (a majority) are just inf+ed.

To stop confusing them, you still need to know the difference between those two words. Same goes for rise and raise. Checking their conjugations won't help much if you're gonna use them as synonyms or something.
