If you don't specify them
They'll default to 0

Then you should use a date object
Similarly, if you don't care about date/year, you should use a time object

Naive usually works
If you set for example

and then print(t2 - t1)
it'll tell you one hour
it doesn't care what timezone you're in
You have to manage the timezone in your code
If you want to work all in local time
Or all in UTC
Naive objects make it so that either is fine as long as you're consistent
If you want to include check for something from the last ten hours
Then that's doable
If you take the current local time, and then check the times messages were sent for each message in local time, then ok
If you take current UTC time, then take the UTC time that each message was sent, then that's also OK
Timezone data is not natively embedded into datetime and time objects

lo que podés hacer es usar linux como una máquina virtual
y cuando te acostumbres, y cuando no veas ninguna razón para quedarte con windows, podés empezar de nuevo enteramente con linux
