It is enabled for all members, but some people can't access it from the settings menu for some reason. As I said, it's Discord's fault, since you can view the server insights from the Developer Portal

Hey, bruh. The bot actually pulls texts from various sources online and also from downloaded books and such. It was brought to my attention a while ago that some of the texts, particularly with the english medium texts were quite dark. Yesterday, I made a temporary solution for it by switching them out with more appropriate texts until I can make a more permanent solution. Long story short, the bot should no longer be giving texts like that anymore. Sorry for any discomfort the texts may have caused to others.

Tal y como te había explicado, lo primero que debe entrar por el ojo del usuario es saber de qué idioma eres nativo, no qué idioma se te da muy bien, eso es algo secundario y no aportaría nada a lo que vamos buscando, que es que el usuario sepa si eres nativo de español o inglés. Esto pasa totalmente al contrario con el rol de Other Native, donde ahí sí predomina el Expert Spanish o English.
