the thing with youtube videos and other forms of media is that it's not quite the same. you can get feedback real time and also you have a transcript immediately. very few videos, particularly in spanish I've noticed have full/accurate transcripts of what is being said. as for the other thing said with audios made by natives with errors and background noise. that tests something a bit more specific. i think that would also be a good thing to have because it forces people to listen very carefully to exactly what is being said and not only improves your listening skills but also allows you to learn subtleties and errors in pronunciation which you can't necessarily get with youtube videos or even just regular voice chatting necessarily.
