**```Spanish-English Learning is an educational server dedicated to facilitating the learning and communication of Spanish and English through the principles of solidarity, effort, self-improvement and respect.

For us, being a part of this community requires having a friendly and respectful attitude, as well as being dedicated to learning through one's own effort.```**
Encourage others to do the same. In this way, we can all get along well and create a friendly and informative environment for everyone.

These rules apply in all channels, both voice and text:

1. Follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

`2.` Any NSFW content, racist remarks, or just downright disrespect won't be tolerated.

Any content, whether it be via text, video or an image, that appears in some way to fall under the following categories is prohibited: Hate speech or other disrespect toward an individual or group (including - but not limited to - racism, xenophobia, or religious discrimination), sexual content, or gore.

`3.` Controversial debates are, as a general rule, not allowed.

If you see a conversation of this kind, please encourage the channel to change the topic or send a message to @signal jacinth.

`4.` Other languages are allowed in #・other-languages.
  • Other languages are only allowed in #🦄・other-languages and custom voice channels
  • The use of other languages is also permitted in other channels when you are translating a word or are discussing the difference of a word between languages
`5.` Avoid flood.

This includes, among other things, sending walls of text, tagging users for no reason, sending duplicate messages or any other similar behaviour that interrupts the normal flow of conversation.
In the voice channels, flooding is considered as performing actions such as playing random sounds, shouting or making disruptive noises in the background.

`6.` Promotional content.

Do not advertise products or other communities without prior consent from the moderating team.

`7.` Use of AI.

It is prohibited to respond to questions by pasting content generated by artificial intelligence.
-# It is permitted to use as support to formulate ideas or look up information, but the answers must reflect the user's own experience and opinion, not based exclusively on AI generated answers.

:star: Staff has the final word on all decisions.

Asking about the decision is fine, but ignoring it or interfering with it will result in further punishments or bans.

Para nosotros, tu permanencia en la comunidad conlleva tener una actitud amigable y respetuosa, así como ser constante en el aprendizaje por medio del esfuerzo propio.```**
Anima a otros a hacer lo mismo. De esta manera, todos podemos llevarnos bien y crear un ambiente amigable e informativo para todos.

Estas reglas aplican en todos los canales, de voz y de texto:

1. Sigue los Términos de Servicio de Discord y la Guía de la Comunidad.

`2.` Cualquier contenido NSFW, comentarios racistas o una simple falta de respeto no será tolerada.

Queda estrictamente prohibido cualquier contenido, ya sea textual o gráfico, que encaje en las siguientes categorías: incitación al odio o a la discriminación hacia una persona o grupo (incluyendo, entre otros, racismo, xenofobia o discriminación por motivos religiosos), contenido sexual, acoso y material gore.

`3.` Los debates de carácter controversial están, por norma general, prohibidos.

Si presencias una conversación de este tipo, por favor anima al canal a cambiar de tema o envía un mensaje a @signal jacinth.

`4.` El uso de otros idiomas está permitido en el canal #・other-languages.
  • Se admite su práctica solamente en ⁠ #🦄・other-languages y en canales de voz personalizados.
  • En el resto de los canales, su uso solo estará permitido en contextos donde se traduzcan términos o se discutan diferencias entre idiomas.
`5.` Evita el flood.

Esto incluye, entre otros, enviar muros de texto, etiquetar a otros usuarios sin motivo, duplicar mensajes o cualquier práctica similar que interrumpa el flujo normal de la conversación.
En los canales de voz, se considera flood realizar acciones como emitir sonidos aleatorios, gritar o generar ruidos molestos de fondo.

`6.` Contenido publicitario.

No se permite la publicación de contenido comercial u otras comunidades sin el previo consentimiento del equipo de moderación.

`7.` Uso de la IA.

Queda prohibido responder a preguntas pegando contenido generado por inteligencia artificial.
