Memrise is free too, but not for the people who want to pay. I just use it to learn a lot of different words I wouldn't normally know otherwise.

If you have the basic conjugation rules down for how to conjugate the verbs in the case, Memrise will teach you more in a shorter time than duolingo would. Duolingo is really good for seeing it used in practice though.
