this spotlight is wired up properly however it doesn't always work and I have to reload the game to get it active. I know the sun was going down in the first photo but that spot light had no power until I relogged

I was wrong it was hooked up to a randomizer not a splitter

Ok I suck at wiring like I have no clue about the 'ands' & 'ors' + I just assumed it was hooked up to a splitter

Yes, this spotlight sometimes doesn't start and I don't know exactly why. But most of the time you just have to turn the switch off and on again to get it to light up.
