How can i make a boss battle system in unity and make it compatble with FPS Engine

I can make it compatble just the boss system

You should define closer what you mean with "boss battle system". Because there is a wide variety of those out there.
Also I doubt that a lot of the people (active) on here will have experience working with FPS Engine. Worst case you may have to ask on their Discord for how to properly integrate whatever system you come up with.

Okay can you lead me to a tutorial for a boss battle system

No, I cannot. Because you still have not clarified what constitutes a "boss battle" for you in the first place.

Like a final boss in a level my boss is going to be a huge mech

NotLikeThis Be. more. specific. "A huge mech" barely classifies as an idea for a boss battle.

Horizon Zero Dawn has you fight a "huge mech" at points.
As does Generation Zero.
As does Metal Gear.
As do DOOM 2016 and DOOM Eternal.
As does Warframe.
As does Crysis (can't remember which part).
As does Fallout 4 (Liberty Prime, though you technically don't have to fight him).
Going away from the "mech", boss fights against huge things also happen in Shadow of the Collossus.
And in Minecraft.
And in Dead Space.
All of those are just from the top of my head.

Case and point, there are a lot of boss fights against huge enemies, or even huge mechs.
Most of them have very different mechanics from one another, simply because games are different.
Saying "I want a boss fight against a huge mech" is barely better than saying "I want a boss fight".
No-one here knows the mechanics of the game you are making, or how you want them to factor into your desired boss battle.
As such, we cannot even begin to advise or point you in a specific direction.

To maybe help you along, here's a few questions you could ask yourself with regards to what you even want from your boss battle.

  • Does the battle need multiple phases?
    • Do those phases take place in the same location?
  • Do you want the boss to have specific weak points?
    • Does it only take damage on those weak points, or are they just preferred targets?
    • Can damaging or destroying weak points influence the current phase in any way (assuming there are phases)?
  • Do you want there to be secondary mechanics?
    • Examples: minion spawning, cover destruction, climbable boss (e.g. Shadow of the Collossus)

I still have no idea what exactly you want.
You didn't specify which of the questions you were answering. And besides, those questions were meant to give you a hand in coming up with a comprehensive plan for what you want out of your boss battle.
If you have done that, you haven't shared it here.

So we're effectively where we were when you originally asked the question.
