NavMesh Agent Destination

my agent shows a plus sign at its destination instead of a circle and doesnt move towards it, also the line towards the destination is cutted, does anyone know why is that?

this is what i get, it just stays in one place even tho there is a destination

if the destination has a circle tho it moves towards it, idk where exactly is the issue but i believe the plus sign is a specific error, i can't find anything about it tho
