I got lost in the animator window, any idea how to get back?

Try closing the window and opening it again.
If that doesn't help, create a new empty state, make it the default and follow the arrow. Just make sure to keep the state selected so you can delete it without going back.

okay closing and opening the window didn't work, and if i right click nothing pops up, so i cant create any state, i've also tried closing the project and reopening it, still nothing
