I have given my end trigger an Icon but it doesnt show up in the screen

icons assigned in the editor are editor-only. they will not show up in the game, because they are not meant to. if you want something to show in the game world, you need some kind of renderer. always.

ah, you want it to show in the editor
that's up to your editor's Gizmo settings, then (Dropdown in the top right of the scene view).

but frankly I wouldn't be too concerned with it; those icons don't do anything functionally.

You could try to turn off "3D Icons"
