Damn okay

@rancid trellis but in the case of the server is semi premium, is it mandatory to have the online mode set to true?

rancid trellis
#

In that case you'd need a setup so your UUIDs are consistent. LuckPerms does give time for plugins to change UUIDs if necessary before reading them, if you're using a plugin that doesn't play nicely with them then you're on your own. It's an unnatural setup, not an LP issue really

#

So long as a player's UUID is the same at all times across the network it should be fine, but looks like it isn't so

hexed jay
#

In that case, what do I have to do, bro?@rancid trellis

rancid trellis
#
  1. I'm not your "bro"
  2. Stop pinging me, I will read the message anyway
  3. The solution is between you and whatever plugin you're using that manipulates the UUIDs during login, I would assume it's an authentication plugin of sorts but that's none of my business. This is not something you can solve with LuckPerms, let alone something for us to solve.
hexed jay
#

in that case I have to check which plugin manipulates the UIDs and make it not change them?

rancid trellis
#

that's one solution I suppose ¯_(ツ)_/¯

hexed jay
#

or it may also be that I have in all the luckperms config.yml in sever I have it in global?

rancid trellis
#

Nothing to do with that

#

Unless you added a server context to the permission node, but the UUID issue is 100% calling for trouble

hexed jay
#

but what if I have all the config.yml with the server in global

rancid trellis
#

what about it?

#

The server setting is to do with context, a.k.a. "per-server permissions"

#

If you want a permission or a set of permissions to only take effect in one server, then you set the setting and add the context to the permission

hexed jay
#

Well, my question is if that option does not matter if it is in global

#

ok thanks

rancid trellis
#

It doesn't

Unless you added a server context to the permission node

#

But my bets are all in the UUID mismatch
