LuckPerms is only able to send information to formatting plugins so that they display them properly. LuckPerms does not put the prefix in front of your name, you need a chat formatting plugin to do it, and you need Vault. Same goes for the tablist! If the information appears correctly when you run /lp user <user> info, LuckPerms is doing its job!

LuckPerms does not put the prefix in front of your name, you need a chat formatting plugin to do it, and you need Vault. Same goes for the tablist! If the information appears correctly when you run /lp user <user> info, LuckPerms is doing its job!

I have no idea what you rranks setup is.
I just know that if your bungeecord proxy's instance of Luckperms has the server name "bungeecord" and you try to use a context for server=bungeecord world=[whatever] it will never work. Bungeecord does not have worlds. You will need to use a global server context or if you are after one server (or two or more) specify them in indivbidual nodes.

LuckPerms itself does not restrict anything other than it's own commands (/lp). If something like breaking blocks is not allowed it's another plugin that does that
