Hello, I have set up my server with two main server branches, global and creative. for somereason when in the creative server the permissions from the global still carry through even though iv got contexts, has anyone got any idea. do i need to rename global to something else on all my servers?

Global permissions are exactly that- global. They apply everywhere. you can turn include-global to off in the LP config if you'd like to specify a context for every single permission you add, or you can just add the context you want to luckperms.*

My friend, iv figured it out
I was assigned this job and apparently the poor soul who tried before me named the world in bungee cord cities rather than creative.
even though the command was /creative
so all i had to do was world=cities as the context
and it works

That might have something to do with it, someone removed the bungee from the main system saying that the different servers could connect to each other through the linked sql database? is this not the case? as one server we wanted luck perms to be running by itself but bungee wouldnt let that as it overrides

So I'm running a luckperms setup on all my spigot servers on a network all hooked up to the same mongodb. All is great and done until every now and then the whole database gets completely wiped. I am a little infuriated cause this is my fourth time coming here and people have just told me to "update" luckperms like i haven't tried that already. I have everything setup like the tutorials on github and it's all a-ok, but sometimes it just wipes. I am CERTAIN it isn't an issue with my mongodb installation.

Serious issue with luckperms on my server, its failing to start and failing to shutdown. Here is part of the log starting up:

Staff: SuperAdmin, Admin, Moderator, Guide (Whitelisting role)
Users: default, verified
I've given my Guide role the luckyperms.promote permission. However (as you may know) it allows them to promote to any rank. Is there a way that I can add a more specific permission to allow them to promote peopel from the default role to the "verified" user role? Thanks.
