/kill @e[type=armor_stand, distance=0..5] will kill all armor stands in a 5 block radius
(that is 1.13+ btw)

Here a quick google search got me the library they're using. If the code looks the same as what's in here (keep in mind the version you have won't contain the comments), it'll be safe. It's by one of the developers of the most popular Discord Bot library for java, so should all be 100% clear.
