Why? Seriously what is it with all the hate against LP suddenly? It is well documented, has a lot of functions and is secure. It could be a bit more user friendly, meaning for first users, but if you are not willing to read documentations you shouldnt be running a network, and the default settings should be good enough for everybody.
The only argument I have seen so far is that LPs default settings are using a h2 file instead of yaml, which makes it hard for people that are used to changing that file, but you can also switch LP to use yaml very easily

One idea I had was to build some kind of yaml viewer, basically you would open a editor session, open the yaml editor and you could edit the permissions like with a yaml file, and when you save it it transforms the yaml back into data for LP to understand

I have a feature idea for the web editor, how's it sound

When working on network servers, contexts are usually used often. You might want to be using the server: hub context most of the time, although every time you send a bunch of perms, the context is cleared. Sam rif you switch groups. My idea to fix that is a lock button next to the context slot. It would be unlocked by default, but if you clicked it the context would stay until you unlocked or removed it.
