I've got a computer that's got some strange issue, now it's thought to be the power supply causing this fault, I think otherwise.
Computer starts up - runs fine until you do anything, i.e open Chrome, load a webpage (I was testing with Nyan cat because it has audio, moving images and loops over and over with a timer) It will eventually after 3-5 minutes just cut right out, screen goes black, all fans stop.
It will now proceed to attempt to start up, then crash mid startup, and repeat this cycle over and over and over.
I have put a load on the PSU's 12V rail (The only rail on this PSU - one of those tiny compact Pc's) using a small light bulb, now this does not go out when the computer "crashes" so one would assume the PSU is not having delivery issues. Voltages measured at 12.2V entering the motherboard via a proprietary 8 pin connector.

it's a raspberry pi 0 (so it dosent have wifi) When I connect ethernet to it with a ethernet to USB adapter then that to a usb to micro usb adapter, sometimes it works and sometimes it dosent. Other devices work fine everytime it's only the ethernet. I can tell if it works or not because my ethernet to USB (when the pi fully boots) will only light up if it's working. it fails more times then success
