However... when I do both '/lpb user RocketManKian parent set rookie server=skyblock' and '/lp user RocketManKian parent set rookie server=skyblock' it doesn't change my role at all? Am I doing something wrong, thanks!

But even with the old ranks I can't assign the rank on a server basis. But if I do '/lp user RocketManKian parent set crew' it sets my role to crew in all servers
So it must be synced properly

@atomic breach For kits, giving your users the essentials.kit permission allows them to use the /kit command. Then you should give the essentials.kits.[kitname] to allow them to use [kitname]. So give the general kit permission to everyone, and the donor kit permission only to the donor group I guess.

It's almost the same than for kits, but for warps. The essentials.warp permission allows access to the /warp command, and then the essentials.warps.[warpname] allows access to the warp name [warpname]

It's just that the verification process can be transferred. On P2's support, you can transfer the plotsquared buyer role to your dev even if the owner bought it, they have a system working for this
