Hey everyone, I am going crazy with this problem. I am using Spongeforge with these plugins: Plugins (22): Minecraft, Minecraft Coder Pack, SpongeAPI, Sponge, Block Monitor, CoinPurse, DupeFixer, LuckPerms, MaintenanceSponge, NanoChat, Nucleus, PacketGate, PlaceholderAPI, ProjectCore, RentableRegions, ServerListPlus, SimplyPortals, Slash Discord, Spotlin, TabList, Total Economy, Universe Guard 2
And something is overriding pvp. The interesting thing is, with Universe Guard 2, if I edit a region that has pvp enabled and then save it again, the problem is temporarily fixed until I re-log. I have pvp set to true in both server properties config and sponge world config.
Is there something or some way I can figure out what is causing this issue? I have tried removing Universe Guard 2 but that did not fix it.

Only for world edit, I am not invisible or vanished and god mode is off. I think somehow, UniverseGuard2 is messing up somewhere with the pvp flags and is leaving it that way permanently even if the plugin is removed fully. I am no longer using FTB utilities and the mod and config are both gone so I don't think it's that. I did a clean slate world and I am now monitoring how long it takes to revert back to the bug, with only the plugins above + UniverseGuard2
If it replicates again I'll know for sure that UG2 is causing it

if you're serious about running a server, I think learning a little bit about plugin development is very useful; especially if you don't have the money / connections to have somebody else write the plugin for you
somebody who knows what they are doing could probably create a very simple plugin that does what you want in under half an hour, and if you're just starting I bet it would take less than a day π

@round sable sounds like it's a paid plugin the author was smart enough ot put an IP lock on, i.e the first server it's used on only that .jar instance linked to the profile that downloaded it can run it.

i think the vanilla command JSON requires double quotes inside katsu, that's what it seems like. The plugin would have to run the command as console, though, so the way it reads from its own config and sends it to console would require the dev to tell you, short of decompiling it and hoping to find out
