Once at 1.12, then switching to online-mode, switching to offline-mode and then my famous bit with rm -rf / srv when I deleted half the server for good. It was a hard year, but we survived it. There are also bad ways on the road to a better tomorrow. It just doesn't seem fair to me from Mojang that we and other servers were controlled. I don't know if I should take it as an honor or an insult.

and SERVERNAMEHERE is replaced with the name of the paper jarfile

INSERT INTO tbl_example ( 'id', 'name' ) VALUES ( ?, ? );
you would afterwards do something like this:

it would insert <ID> for the first ? and <name> for the second ?
that is a great and easy way of preventing SQL injection without needing to escape every single variable which we need to insert of it
