LuckPerms does not put the prefix in front of your name, you need a chat formatting plugin to do it, and you need Vault. Same goes for the tablist! I've tried using this one plugin that checks if minecraft auth servers are up or down, if down it will keep the logged players ips in a database and only allow that username to join with that ip. Thing is, the auto checker doesn't work. I'm glad I got the source code but even then I can't find a good site that offers what I'm looking for.
