Well, I just assumed you have essentials-antibuild, but I could not have known that from the information you gave us, essentials is seperated into multible plugins so you can drop in which features you want to have, but it still uses the same config file. The reason why I assumed that is because I remembered using AntiBuild a few years ago and that I had to give permissions for every little thing ( you need to add 3 permissions per item you want them to be able to use )

However, I am glad I could help and that your issue is fixed now ^^
