I have no sources but I have a start.sh in the root and /restart works fine for me

I am trying to test how many players are in a specific area.
I have this command setup in a repeating command block.
"execute if entity @a[x=130.5,y=64.5,z=398.5,distance=..5.5,team=!notplaying]"
Prev Output: Test passed, count: 2
When setting up a comparator to the command block, it only outputs a 1 strength redstone, and not 2.
When running "/execute if data block 139 64 399 {SuccessCount:2} run tellraw @a "test if successful" it doesn't run, but when changing it to SuccessCount:1 it runs the command.
Do you know the error I am making? Or a possible solution?

Yes i have tried following the wiki and it said that luckperms bungee is only for handeling luckperms checks made by bungeecord plugins? i thought you could use luck perms bungee to have ranks over all servers and such without having to go to every server of the network and adding the ranks and permission nodes.

you need LP on bungee to handle the bungee permissions

im using pterodactyl, so the bungeecord server is on the VPS IP and so is the database, while the backend servers are on localhost so nothing outside of the machine can access it
