@dense latch GP is mainly a claim plugin, with some light moderation. I would suggest a plugin more suited for actual chat/sign moderation such as chatcontrol.
@hollow gale i tend to use the admin claim part of GP for server spawns as well as world guard. just depends on what you need out of it. either on their own will work fine, but i have noticed in the past very rarely, but world guard flags have randomly stopped for a moment or ive had to delete, then recreate the region and reset the flags.

@spring dirge so you have helper group setup. now time to make mod. well, because mod is higher than helper. you want to make mod inherit helpers perms, then you only need to add new perms to mod. this keeps from duplicating perms. so you would use /lp group mod parent set helper
it kind of seems like a reverse system since the higher rank is a child of the lower one, but thats how it works.
to setup how perms are calculated though, you use group weights so that the higher group gets the correct true/false that you want.

also, id do /setworldspawn at the main hub/lobby area since that will be the servers world spawn point

@steady marten worldguard has its own perms system. oddly, it uses the same group syntax as LP. if you make a wg group called say "noexit" then if you add the perm group.noexit to an LP group, they would be in the WG group. let me know if that makes no sense lol

@drifting bridge plugin count in reference to ram means nothing. you could have 1 bad plugin that leaks memory or you could run a lot with no issue. the main thing is players. loading new chunks, making mob/crop farms, etc. i setup a 4 or 6 gb server that ran at 19.99 tps with 76 plugins with 5 people on. will just take trial and error. you cant put numbers to those things.
