Typically I leave names out of namespaces. I use com.luzfaltex.[server/project/initiative].[plugin] as my namespaces, as this identifies it as being owned by LuzFaltex and what server it belongs to.
For instance, I have com.luzfaltex.ravenrockrp.lfutils
I then put my name in the appropriate credits field in the project information and in the plugin.yml file (assuming it's a bukkit plugin)
You don't have to follow any pattern, necessarily, but I find that this way leads to better project-oriented namespaces rather than developer-oriented namespaces.
When it comes to C#-based projects, I leave off the com., but otherwise I follow the same naming scheme. For instance, I have the LuzFaltex.Utilities namespace which serves as a very low-level toolset for code that I find myself re-writing quite often.

TL;DR, no. However it seems you can install plugins on standard Bukkit servers that allow Bedrock-edition clients to connect.

swap is for the case you run out of ram, unless that happens and you know how much it is i would suggest a swap file between 512mb and 2gb, if you need a bigger one extend it

im reinstalling right now with 4gb set, as i also wanted to delete the seperate /home as its on the same hdd anyway, unfortunaly there is no way atleast with kimsufi to just use a file as it needs a swap partition probably because of the "old days" and its easy to extent with a file, just a little surprised now that you recommend 512mb to 2gb as from what i readed so far its recommended to use 4gb to 0.5times the ram amount ( for 8gb ram and above ) my machine has 16
just not sure with the swappiness, ubuntu seems to use 60 as default, 0 would just use the swapspace if it would crash otherweise... 10 gets somewhat often recommended
there seems to be also a "cache" setting but i dont readed that often, so probably the default is alright ( probably for both but.. 😃 )

( if you use swappiness above 0 ) so it would be effectivly helping if you use like 15gb of 16gb without and with the swap it would like sort out 2gb so in the end you have a little more room for ram which need to be used right now? atleast thats how i understand it so far

Yes it is normal that web servers fail to start, when you have SSL enabled but no certificate
SSL means encrypted traffic. And the certifcate is what's being used to encrypt the traffic
