In the world folder there is a playerdata folder, with each player stored as UUID, delete the file that matches the UUID of the player you want to delete
also you'd have to do the same for each plugin that stores data on each player, inside the plugin's folder
there is no easy way to do this i'm afraid.

If the other players are on the hosts network already, they can just use the localhost IP and call it a day from there.

flying you can use nocheatplus for that and disable the autokick
but no builds for 1.13 yet
xraying....you can be proactive and use something like orebfuscator, which also has no 1.13 build yet

but paper has an issue open on their github for an anti-xray patch that does the same thing
someone needs to update it
you can be reactive by using one of the many block announcing plugins
some are standalone and some tie into coreprotect, which does support 1.13
since you don't have any rules coreprotect might be overkill

Hey @grave summit it's fine.. The solution was stupid..
My pc only did fast shutdowns, not actual shutdowns, so there was a ghost holding the port open.. A shift shutdown fixed it........

ive 2 servers, both with 19.9 tps (without any cpu or lag spike) but im recieving lag spikes from bungee
idk if its by connections, but not is by cpu (cpu usage stay 70-140% and max is 750 in my i7 7700 oc dedicated)
and the lag spikes occur im my both minigames in the SAME time for my users (ive tested it)

You can run /lp verbose on [filter] to activate it. [filter] are certain phrases to minimize checks and potential spam.
For example: /lp verbose on andre_601 & essentials enables verbose for all permission-checks on me and with perms that start with essentials
