MCPC+/cauldron/kcauldron/thermos is based off spigot (bukkit) so its primarily (usually) a spigot server with some forge sprinkled in. Sponge is the exact opposite where its base is a forge server with some bukkit api capabilities added in via the SpongeAPI

In my experience, it's always super helpful to ask any potential staff to come up with examples about how they would handle different situations. 9/10 times it shows if they've actually read your rules or not (with "not" often being the case)
As for builder, I always include a separate creative world on my server with a separate inventory so that people can build stuff freely. If it's good enough, I usually ask them if I can copy it for server use at a later date. Adding an actual "builder" rank is up to you, but I find that less ranks are best.

Ask them "Why do you want to be staff", if they reply saying something about getting to use commands like /gmc or /fly then don't bother with them, they only want it for the perks and not to be helpful.

Warp name instead, uhmm first time I hear something like that. Not sure if that's possible. Since multiverse don't have warp feature you'll need and external plugin. This means you cannot use that placeholder in the chat format in multiverse config. Which means you'll have to use a chat plugin like DChat to show some placeholder before the name.
I still don't get how can you get the warp in the prefix, a warp is an exact location, so it would be better if you take warp as a region, not only a point to spawn.
Using placeholder %worldguard_region_name% you can have it as a prefix, of course setting it in the chat plugin config.

Im using MCProhosting when i got to the dang server and spigot and etc it only gives me one choice, "spigot 1.12.2 latest" doesnt say which verison of spigot 1.12.2 just that its the latest idk how often they really update there library of spigot id hope and assume often.

Yeah, $50 on my server is worth about half a diamond. Really depends on your economy, but you can charge a fair bit for blaze rods usually. One stack should be worth 10 diamonds or so

I have a player on my server who says he is using a schematic to build his base on my server. I haven't questioned it but can players do that? It's one of those invisible schematics that you add blocks onto.

@minor socket I would check Essentials config (can disable fall damage inside it), worldguard regions/config. If not, could be underlying crap in viaversion/viabackwards. They break a LOT of stuff it seems.

@drowsy quest I had a talk with the LiteBans Dev and he wont add the API on his side. He wants the plugin to remain agnostic on his end and says the plugin should be an extension of his, not the other way around. I think you should add LB support ๐
